Our dedicated team dispatches orders from our Dublin headquarters five days a week. By partnering with An Post, we aim to deliver your jewelry safely and promptly. Domestic deliveries typically take 3-5 days to arrive, ensuring you can enjoy your new pieces as soon as possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help. Below you'll find answers to common questions about returning your items.

Important: We do not process exchanges for online orders; instead, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

Can I Get a Refund for My Online Purchase?


Yes, you can! Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, and undamaged.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As a small Irish business, we do not currently offer prepaid return labels, but we hope to provide this option in the future.
